A well discussed, but never seen, Cult dedicated to dragon lore and craft.
Our party members have heard rumors of figures working in the shadows to resurrect dragons their entire lives. Ergo Certe is similar to the American idea of the Illuminati. Commonly heard of, but mainly written off as rumors and fairytales.
The Astra Matrum (discussed here) confirmed to them that Ergo Certe does exist and is almost certainly behind the imagery in their Divine Premonition (detailed here). The only suggestion she could offer was to begin their search in places that have historical significance to dragons.
